This Machine is Used For Checking the Can’s For Leakage on Side Seam And End Seam.
The Can to be Tested is Presented Between Two Plates, Open End of the Can Towards Rubberised Plate and Closed End Towards Metal Plate. Foot Pedal to be Pressed to Open the Gap Between Plates and by Releasing the Foot Pedal Can is Held Firmly Between Plates.
To Dip the Can in the Water Tank a Hand Operated Lever of the Value to be Turned. Air is Forced into the Can Automatically in the Dipped Position Only. Pressure Regulator Provided to Regulate the Air Pressure.
Leakers Could be Detected by the Bubbles Emanating Through the Water.
